If for any reason you receive art with a manufacturing defect, please take a photo of the problem, describe the issue and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Once you contact us, we will send you a return label. Upon receipt, we will send you a replacement (usually within 2-3 business days). If a refund is requested instead, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your return. Please be aware it will also take your bank 5-10 business days to process the refund after we submit it.

If you don’t wish to keep the piece for any other reason, please contact us and ship it back within 30 days. To be eligible for a full refund minus the cost of the return shipment, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.You will also need your order number. We will email you confirming receipt of your package and when your refund has been processed.
Exceptions: Custom pieces and gift card purchases are not returnable. If you’ve purchased from a third party please contact them directly for refunds or exchanges.

Please Note: Every art piece we make is unique because of the variability of the wood’s knots, grains and color. Also, the color of the art always looks different in person versus on a computer screen. Computers can make the art’s colors look brighter and more contrasted. How the art’s color on your wall is seen is based on your specific lighting.
